The Complaint Process
These processes are important for when all else has failed and you need the courts to help remedy a problem as a person with a disability.
You may file a federal complaint with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) if you have an employment-related complaint.
if you have a complaint related to discrimination in places of public accommodation or elsewhere you can file a complaint with the Department of Justice (DOJ).
You may also file a local complaint with the appropriate body in your state.
Federal Contracts
Individuals who are protected by the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) may file a complaint if they believe they have been discriminated against by federal contractors or subcontractors.
